Dawn Heumann, Commercial Photographer & Director

I make campaign imagery for brands that want their products to live in the real world. Lifestyle and product in the same frame, stills and motion in the same shoot, all of it built around a story worth telling.

For nearly twenty years I've photographed and directed national campaigns for Amazon, Kellogg's, Walmart, Royal Caribbean, Williams Sonoma, Silk, and Frida, with agency partners including Leo Burnett, McCann, Digitas, and Barkley. I grew up in Sonoma County, so wine, food, and hospitality are part of my foundation, not a specialty I picked up along the way.

Most of my work happens in Sonoma, Napa Valley, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. The rest happens wherever the story is. If you have a project in mind, I'd love to hear about it.
